beBee Professionals recherche un Spécialiste du Support pour rejoindre son équipe à Ixelles (Elsene).
Le Spécialiste du Support sera responsable de fournir un soutien technique et des services de qualité aux clients et aux utilisateurs. Il devra également résoudre les problèmes techniques et fournir des solutions aux clients.
Les principales responsabilités du Spécialiste du Support comprennent:
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et des utilisateurs et fournir des solutions aux problèmes techniques;
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques;
- Fournir des informations et des conseils techniques aux clients et aux utilisateurs;
- Documenter les problèmes et les solutions techniques;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour résoudre les problèmes techniques;
- Assurer le suivi des demandes des clients et des utilisateurs.
Le candidat idéal devrait avoir les qualifications suivantes:
- Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire;
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes informatiques et des technologies;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe;
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
