Over AUTOproff
AUTOproff is een internationaal B2B handelsplatform voor tweedehandsauto's en is vooral bekend door haar veilingen. Vorig jaar hebben wij ruim auto's verkocht in 7 landen. AUTOproff streeft naar een volledig Europese dekking. Onze klanten zijn merkdealers, leasemaatschappijen en autobedrijven die internationaal auto's in
- en verkopen.
Op (heel) korte termijn zoeken we een Customer Success Specialist medewerker. Een leuke uitdagende functie binnen een jong en ambitieus bedrijf en team De Customer Success Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor alle klanten. En om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten tevreden zijn én blijven en dat ze actief blijven op ons platform. Hij/zij is ook verantwoordelijk voor een goede onboarding en begeleiding van de klanten gedurende het hele traject.
Tasks
Wat ga je doen?
- Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, via mail of telefoon
- Je helpt klanten met alledaagse operationele zaken
- Nieuwe accounts inrichten
- Nieuwe klanten onboarden
- Beheren en opvolgen van de bestaande klanten
- Administratief verwerken van documentatie
- Jewerkt samen met collega's in Nederland, Duitsland, Denemarken, Zweden en Noorwegen
En daar blijft het natuurlijk niet bij. Je werkt in een klein hecht team, daarom zullen er allerlei werkzaamheden op je pad komen. We zoeken dus iemand die dat leuk vindt en die van aanpakken houdt. Dat doen we zelf namelijk ook
**Requirements**:
Wat zijn jouw eigenschappen?
- Je bent energiek en houdt van aanpakken en pionieren
- Hulpvaardig en oplossingsgericht
- Ervaring in de autobranche is een pre, geen must
- Je spreekt bij voorkeur perfect Nederlands en Frans en goed Engels
