**Description de la fonction**
En cas d'incident, vous effectuez les validations nécessaires, apportez des corrections si possible et documentez vos constatations et actions. Au besoin, vous faites appel aux spécialistes du domaine.
Vous êtes, en outre, responsable du monitoring de l'infrastructure des data centers ainsi que de la gestion des accès à ces data centers.
**Profil**
Titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur, vous possédez une bonne connaissance de base de l'informatique ainsi que des processus ITIL.
Vous êtes précis et doté d'un bon esprit analytique,. Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, prenez volontiers l'initiative et relevez efficacement les défis.
Vous pouvez travailler de façon autonome tout en disposant d'un bon esprit d'équipe.
Vous avez le don de la communication et êtes capable de rendre compte du service livré ainsi que des incidents constatés.
Vous êtes flexible et disposé à travailler en trois shifts durant la semaine.
Enfin, vous vous exprimez couramment en néerlandais.
