Afin de renforcer notre équipe Opérations à Bruxelles/Anvers, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e):
**Customer Service Specialist**
**Fonction**
Vous avez un rôle central au sein de l'organisation, où vous travaillez principalement avec les collaborateurs chargés des relations clients dans les différentes régions.
- Vous serez chargé de contribuer à la mise à jour des dossiers administratifs des clients, tels que les listes de personnel, les coordonnées, les risques, etc. ;
- Vous êtes responsable des rapports clients spécifiques, de la création manuelle et de la réflexion sur l'automatisation et l'optimisation ;
- Vous détectez et identifiez les différents besoins des clients ;
- Vous recherchez de manière proactive des solutions pour une collaboration la plus efficace possible. ;
- Vous conseillez et soutenez de manière proactive notre personnel interne dans la mise en œuvre et l'optimisation de la gestion et du nettoyage des données.
**Le profil**
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance générale du paquet Office ;
- Vous êtes doué pour les analyses et avez une très bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel
- Vous êtes néerlandophone ou francophone avec une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue ;
- Vous êtes orienté client et proactif ;
- Vous communiquez clairement et faites passer votre message d'une manière non technique mais concrète ;
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et critique ;
- Vous êtes prêt à vous rendre dans les bureaux de Mensura à Bruxelles et à Anvers.
