_**- Edmac Europe is an ambitious customer-driven company, which is selling components for compressors with customers from across the world.

As part of an industry leader within this market, our objective is to be the one-stop-shop for all organizations who want to procure parts, consumables or lubricants for compressors.

Our customers are all small to medium sized companies, which are located in more than 60 different countries._

  • To further support our growth, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist_

Function:
_**- As a Customer Service Specialist, you have a wide variety of responsibilities:_
-
_ Handling of orders __based on the daily intakes that we receive from our customers._
- _ Create _
_transparency__ by following up continuously the status of open orders, inform our customers where necessary_
- _ Be the _
_main point of contact__ for your customers, concerning all topics related to open orders_
- _ Be the _
_internal__ _
_voice of the customer__, supporting our internal organization to safeguard that orders are shipped in line with our commitments_
-
_ Support our warehouse, __give priorities, support the daily logistics activities, and safeguard our warehouse performance_
-
_ Book & follow up on all outbound shipments, __making sure all our goods are shipped with the right service and Ex-works pickups are done as planned_
-
_ Follow up the transport performance __of our transport partners, be part of the monthly performance meetings and take actions were needed_
-
_ As customs expert, __you will safeguard that all our non
  • EU shipments get the necessary documents like invoicing, certification of origin, etc.
Within Edmac you are one of the spokespersons for customs related matters._
- _ Work closely together with the other colleagues within the _
_operations team__, to safeguard the best customer service possible_

  • As Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the operations team._

Requirements:
_**- We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven, no-nonsense professional with ideally a background in customer service:_
- _ Bachelor degree and/or 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar function_
- _ Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with ERP systems is an advantage_
- _ Knowledge of outbound operations including customs related procedures is seen as an important asset_
- _ Knowledge of English is a must. Knowledge of one other language is an advantage._

- _ Detail oriented - to make sure each order and customer gets the right attention_
- _ A good communicator, external as well as internal_
- _ Strong in follow up and administration - creative in finding solutions_
- _ Very good knowledge of English is a must. French or German is seen as a major advantage._
