Jouw bestemming?
Om ons departement Asset Management te versterken, zijn we voor de afdeling Airport Asset Management op zoek naar een Project Manager Airfield (M/V/X).
De Project Manager Airfield ondersteunt, coördineert en leidt projecten infrastructuur op de luchthaven. De betrokken projecten handelen voornamelijk over verhardingen en gerelateerde technieken, in hoofdzaak de nachtbebakening en Apron Flood Lighting. Je realiseert deze projecten samen met je collega's in lijn met de gemaakte afspraken, binnen budget, binnen doorlooptijd, volgens de vastgelegde kwaliteit en volgens de geldende regelgeving.
In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Senior Project Manager Airfield.
Jouw vluchtinstructies
- Opstarten en begeleiden van studies (door externe partijen) voor het concept en ontwerp van projecten:
- Actieve opvolging van het verloop van toegekende studieopdrachten
- Opvolging en controle van de door externe partijen ingediende ontwerpdocumenten: volledigheid, conformiteit aan de verwachtingen,.
- Begeleiden van de interne beslissingsprocedure tot en met de validatie van het concept en ontwerp door de Business partner, de interne en externe stakeholders volgens de DOA.
- Opvolging van de omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen, EPB aangiftes,
- Organisatie van aanbestedingen voor studie en uitvoering van projecten
- Opmaak van offerteaanvragen en aanbestedingsdossiers + begeleiden Procurement en Legal voor de contracten
- Begeleiding in aanbestedingsproces
- Contracteert studiebureaus, aannemers, de wettelijke coördinatoren, controle bureaus
- Begeleiden en controleren van projectuitvoeringen
- Voorbereiding start uitvoering (procedures, toegangen, werfinrichting, communicatie naar interne/externe stakeholders,....)
- Supervisie over de leveringen en (bouw)technische realisaties
- Verantwoordelijk voor budget, timing, veiligheid en kwaliteit van uitvoering van de (bouw)projecten
- Zorgt voor procesbewaking, compliance van projecten en veiligheid op de werf.
- Draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de tijdige oplevering van het project.
- Administratieve taken die bij de uitvoering van projecten komen kijken
Jouw paspoort
- Je behaalde een Master binnen bouw, specialisatie in een bouwtechnische richting
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische omgeving, bij voorkeur aangevuld met ervaring in project management
- Je bent communicatief, klantgedreven en teamgericht
- Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht met een hands-on aanpak
- Je beschikt over organisatie
- en coördinatievaardigheden
- Je bent stressbestendig en bent in staat om te werken met flexibele werkuren en wisselende werkinhoud
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en het Engels en je kan je in beide talen verstaanbaar maken
