Voor de **Global Business Unit Energy Solutions Benelux** in Brussel, zijn wij op zoek naar een** **Business Developer Manager** **Electric Mobility Belgium**.**
**Het Electric Mobility-team** ontwikkelt een grootschalige langzame en snelle oplaadinfrastructuur voor elektrische voertuigen, beschikbaar voor het grote publiek en commerciële klanten.

**JOUW UITDAGING als **Business Developer Manager Electric Mobility**:
- Je definieert, implementeert en bewaakt ambitieuze business development strategieën in lijn met de doelstellingen van ENGIE op het vlak van elektrische mobiliteit (proactieve (prospectie) en reactieve (tender)).
- Je creëert en onderhoudt een solide netwerk van klanten en partners in de publieke en private sector.
- Je stimuleert partnerships met interne stakeholders en moedigt cross-selling aan.
- Je profiteert van de reeds bestaande ervaring van onze Engie Franse collega's, en je deelt best practices met je internationale tegenhangers.
- Je voert marktonderzoek uit om de aantrekkelijkste kansen te selecteren, inzicht te krijgen in toekomstige gevolgen voor onze aanbiedingen, potentiële nieuwe inkomstenbronnen en commerciële bedreigingen.
- Je structureert en organiseert de versnelde groei van de business development activiteit, beginnend met een team van 2 personen en rapporterend aan de Low Carbon Mobility Manager.
**JOUW PROFIEL als **Business Developer Manager Electric Mobility**:
- Je hebt een universitair diploma economie en/of ingenieur en aantoonbare ervaring in Business Development in, bij voorkeur, de markt voor elektrische voertuigen en laadinfrastructuur en/of in de energiesector.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je beschikt over goede onderhandelings
- en overtuigingsvaardigheden, vindt het leuk om met verschillende stakeholders om te gaan en je professionele netwerk te onderhouden en uit te breiden.
- Je kan een team aansturen en motiveren in een veranderende omgeving.

In 2021 behaalde Energy Solutions, buiten Frankrijk, een omzet van 3,5 miljard euro met een reeks oplossingen die koolstofarme gedistribueerde energie-infrastructuren omvatten - stadsverwarmings
- en koelingsnetwerken, gedistribueerde productie (on-site zonne-energie en nutsvoorzieningen), koolstofarme mobiliteit, koolstofarme steden - evenals bijbehorende diensten voor energie-efficiëntie.
