- Het SSC Finance is een afdeling binnen de directie Finance. Het Center heeft als belangrijkste opdracht het beheer van de transversale activiteiten binnen de processen 'Procure to Pay', 'Order to Cash' en 'Financial Reporting' voor de NMBS en haar dochterondernemingen. De afdeling telt ongeveer 100 medewerkers.- Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- In de oprichtingsfase van het SSC Finance:
- Je ontwerpt de organisatiestructuur van het SSC Finance en definieert de bijbehorende processen en de in te voeren governance;
- Je implementeert deze structuur, zorgt voor een soepele overgang en waarborgt de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening;
- Je bepaalt de strategie van het SSC Finance op korte, middellange en lange termijn;
- Je creëert een dynamiek op het vlak performance management, waarmee de resultaten van het SSC Finance en je teams kunnen worden opgevolgd en waarbij continu wordt gezocht naar verbetering;
- Je motiveert en enthousiasmeert je teamleden en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn talenten maximaal kan benutten.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je hebt een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur economie, financiën of handelsingenieur) en ten minste 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een financiële functie waarin je strategische, organisatorische en managementvaardigheden hebt ontwikkeld.- Je beschikt over de volgende competenties:
- Je bent een uitstekende people manager met een uitgebreide ervaring in finance en accountancy (processen, procedures & normen) in een grote en complexe organisatie
- Je hebt sterk ontwikkelde analytische vaardigheden;
- Je combineert dit echter met een pragmatische aanpak waarbij je veel oog hebt voor de haalbaarheid / werkbaarheid van oplossingen en de impact op organisatie en medewerkers.
- Je bent sterk in change management en houdt bij het doorvoeren van veranderingen rekening met sociale verhoudingen en gevoeligheden;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende onderhandelings
- en communicatievaardigheden;
- Je kan je goed uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans;
- Je kan een strategisch netwerk van interne en externe relaties uitbouwen en onderhouden;
- Je bent erg klantgericht en bent steeds op zoek naar oplossingen om de kwaliteit van de diensten te verbeteren;
