Doel van de functie: Als Product Genius bij BYD Wijnegem ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice en het leveren van gedegen productkennis om de verkoop van auto's te stimuleren.
Je speelt een essentiële rol in het creëren van een positieve klantervaring en het ondersteunen van het verkoopproces van begin tot eind.

Beheers uitgebreide kennis over alle BYD-modellen, inclusief technische specificaties, functies en voordelen. Blijf op de hoogte van nieuwe ontwikkelingen in de auto-industrie en de BYD-productlijn. Vertaal technische informatie naar begrijpelijke taal voor klanten van verschillende achtergronden en niveaus van autokennis.Showroombeheer:
Zorg voor een aantrekkelijke en georganiseerde showroomomgeving. Presenteer auto's op een aantrekkelijke manier en zorg ervoor dat alle informatie en marketingmaterialen up-to-date zijn. Onderhoud regelmatig contact met het verkoop- en marketingteam om eventuele wijzigingen in de showroom lay-out of promoties te coördineren.Levering en aflevering:
Coördineer de aflevering van nieuwe auto's aan klanten. Begeleid klanten bij het leren kennen van hun nieuwe auto en verstrek uitleg over de verschillende functies en bedieningselementen. Zorg voor een naadloze afleveringservaring en beantwoord eventuele vragen of zorgen van de klant.Ondersteuning van het verkoopteam:
Werk samen met het verkoopteam om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen. Identificeer upsell-mogelijkheden en verwijs klanten naar het verkoopteam voor verdere bespreking. Neem initiatief om potentiële klanten te benaderen en deel te nemen aan marketing- en verkoopactiviteiten.Vereiste kwalificaties:
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke flair voor klantenservice. Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met een divers klantenbestand. Uitgebreide kennis van auto's en een passie voor de auto-industrie. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; beheersing van het Frans is een pluspunt. Proactieve houding en vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, evenals in een teamomgeving. Flexibiliteit om te werken in een dynamische en evoluerende omgeving.Als Product Genius bij BYD Wijnegem ben je een essentieel onderdeel van het verkoopproces en speel je een cruciale rol in het bieden van een uitzonderlijke klantenservice.
