**Je taken als Scrum Coach**
Als Scrum Coach ben je een dienende leider voor het team en tribe en schept een omgeving van samenwerking door de teamleden te motiveren en te coachen naar sterke prestaties en meer flexibiliteit. Zo verzekeren we dat de waarde snel naar onze klanten stroomt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
Je werkt samen met de Talent lead en Product owner / Team manager om ervoor te zorgen dat de (epic) teams blijven streven naar efficiënte en flexibele manieren van werken. Je identificeert eventuele tekorten van vaardigheden en competenties en bekijkt met de teamleden hoe dit kan worden opgelost.
Je werkt aan en met een framework rond way of working dat aangepast is aan de werkwijze van de Telenet Commercial (marketing) tribe om het succes van deze way of working binnen de teams en epic-teams te garanderen.
Je bent aanspreekpunt voor impediments binnen de tribe en ook richting andere tribes. Jij brengt de mensen samen om tot een constructieve oplossing te komen.
Je enthousiasmeert je collega's om het beste te halen uit de way of working die jullie hanteren en bekijkt met hen hoe ze hier uit beste uit kunnen halen.
Ook voor de hele tribe faciliteer je ceremonies om tot een betere werking en prioritering te komen.
Je stimuleert en versterkt een cultuur van grow door het geven van regelmatige en constructieve feedback, door je teamleden te steunen in het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheid, door rekening te houden met de klanten en verschillende stakeholders.
Het doel van de teams is het creëren van meerwaarde voor de klant. Jij ondersteunt de teams om zichzelf hiervoor optimaal te organiseren, helpt hen met de doelstellingen van de tribe goed te begrijpen en elimineert eventuele hindernissen in de vooruitgang.

is gepassioneerd om zijn of haar collega's te enthousiasmeren en de ideale way of working toe te passen en te stimuleren binnen de Telenet Commercial tribe.
De agile mindset en methdologieën hebben voor jou geen geheimen meer en je bent in staat ze te vertalen en aan te passen aan de werkwijze in de tribe.
Of het nu mentor, coach, facilitator, challenger of teammanager is, je kan makkelijk switchen tussen de verschillende petten van een scrum coach en bent daarnaast in staat om collega scrum masters te mentoren/ coachen.
Je haalt plezier uit het zowel overschouwend als hands-on zijn, het grotere geheel analyseren en er de juiste actiepunten uit halen.
Je bent flexibel en kunt je makkelijk aanpassen aan de behoeften van je stakeholders.
Je bent in staat beste way of working op te zetten op basis van de noden van de tribe.
Het begeleiden van continue verbetering, managen van veranderingen en praktisch implementeren van nieuwe methodieken om het team vooruit te helpen zie jij helemaal zitten.
Je kent Jira en Confluence en weet hoe deze maximaal in te zetten in functie van een goede teamwerking.
Je hebt ervaring in (technisch) project management/ business analyse/ development.
