iLean's mission is to positively change the world of work by focusing on developing organisational competencies in Agility so that companies can thrive in complexity and uncertainty.

The development of Agile competencies is firmly on the rise in companies, causing the demand for guidance in this area to increase and causing iLean to grow as a company.

We are looking for an experienced Agile(team) coach to help our customers throughout Flanders to support us in this growth.

Who are you?:


You are an inspired expert in Agile coaching, team coaching, Agile teams, and Agile mindset, and you prove your vision on this with the proper knowledge and experience.


In other words, you have substantive knowledge in the field of Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile, team coaching, leadership, and change management.

In addition, your broad substantive interest makes you want to delve deeper into this field to expand your knowledge.

  • You fit in Lencioni's "Humble, Smart, Hungry" criteria of a team player.
  • You're an approachable and openminded colleague. Continuous improvement is a twoway street
  • You score high on the mysterious iLean factor, which we cannot describe ourselves.
  • Working together and knowledge sharing is an everyday reality. Ideas are not only listened to. They are cocreated, evolve, and put into practice.
  • You are a good communicator, and you like working in a team, on team dynamics.
  • A healthy dose of humor is essential, even if it is terrible.
  • You have a good knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Scaled frameworks.
  • You are an experienced Agile (team) coach.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a big plus.

As an Agile (team) coach, you will not only uphold these values but also passionately convey them to our customers: Ideally, you, therefore, have the following skills:

  • Complete transparency, both in terms of targets and figures and in general open communication.

  • Complete honesty and accountability in expressing and realizing what is needed regarding the organization's direction, customer projects, and your own (growth) process.

What will you do?:


In your role as Agile (Team) Coach, you ensure that Agile change becomes tangible at the team and organizational level.

Your role is primarily to coach an organization on acquiring the necessary learning capabilities. In addition, organizational change requires the support of top management and is accompanied by a cultural shift. Therefore, supporting and coaching management during this change is part of your job.

You will do this by:

  • Coaching teams and team leads in the development of their agile competences
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Giving training
  • Coaching and supporting management
  • Development of learning and coaching materials
  • Building expertise in business Agility, Agile leadership,
