Your job?

  • You are responsible for the internal operational processes within our warm company,
including HR, Finance and Administration;

  • You optimize these processes and ensure that all processes are managed in the right
direction;

  • You have ultimate responsibility for the branches above
  • You keep a good overview of current processes and ensure thorough reporting to
management and our mother company on Finance, HR and administration;

  • You are the main interface aligning our business processes with those of our mother
company;

  • You are responsible for the preparation of our internal
- and external audits;

  • You have a dynamic position where communication and proactive working are central;
  • You will mostly work with our Office Manager, External Operations Manager, Inimco
Management Team and your counterparts from our mother company.
