**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Als Growth Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een geïntegreerde strategie op het gebied van digitale marketing. Je werkt nauw samen met het Digital Experience & Social Media team om hun behoeften te identificeren en te ondersteunen. Daarnaast bouw je bruggen tussen verschillende competentiecentra, zoals IT en data, om ervoor te zorgen dat technische oplossingen effectief worden geïmplementeerd.
- Je definieert mee de visie en strategie voor digitale marketing op korte en middellange termijn, in lijn met de verwachtingen van klanten en de strategische prioriteiten van AG.
- Je analyseert resultaten van campagnes/websites, identificeert trends en optimaliseert.
- Je zorgt voor algemene en overzichtelijke dashboards en trekt hier de juiste conclusies uit om zo de verdere werking te optimaliseren.
- Je zet mee KPI's op en rapporteert aan de hand hiervan en daarnaast probeer je continu te optimaliseren en om te gaan met de feedback van de klant.
- Je volgt de laatste digitale trends en innovaties op de voet en deelt de relevante inzichten binnen het Digital Experience & Social Media team.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma in digitale marketing
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaren ervaring in digitale marketing, meer specifiek in growth marketing en performance marketing.
- Je beschikt over een uitgebreide technische ervaring op vlak van Adobe, SEA, SEO, Social Media,
- In de eerste plaats heb je een passie voor groei en een drive om voortdurend te streven naar verbetering & succes.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, je bent proactief en hebt een sterke motivatie om voortdurend te leren en op de hoogte te blijven de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen digitale marketing.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer
- Leergierig, gestructureerd en flexibel.
- Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen om data te analyseren, trends te identificeren en inzichten te halen uit verschillende bronnen.
- Je bent resultaatgericht met een focus op het behalen van meetbare doelstellingen.
- Je bent goed tweetalig Nederlands-Frans met goede kennis van het Engels.
