Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de sinistres en responsabilité civile pour notre bureau de Bruxelles.
Vous évaluez, traitez, négociez et réglez les réclamations.
Le rôle comprend une approche technique des sinistres afin de parvenir à un règlement efficace et implique des visites externes régulières aux clients, courtiers, experts et co-assureurs.
La fonction
Quelles sont les taches d'un gestionnaire de sinistres en liability:
Évaluer la couverture de la police Évaluer la responsabilité Diriger les experts en sinistres Négocier avec les courtiers, les clients finaux et les tiers Interlocuteur pour les avocats Représentant d'autres assureurs/prestataires de procuration dans la position de leader de MS Amlin Insurance SE coordonner les réclamations auprès des confrères/co-assureurs et des mandants/réassureurs. Pour ce rôle particulier, nous avons besoin de certaines qualifications et expériences clés de votre part:
Baccalauréat en assurance ou equivalent par expérience démontrable / niveau de travail et de réflexion qui peut être assimilé à cela. Expérience dans la gestion de la RC exploitation est connaissances en assurance est un plus-value Bonnes capacités d'expression orale et écrite, tant en français qu'en néerlandais. La gestion concernera principalement des dossiers francophones, mais une connaissance pratique du néerlandais est nécessaire. La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus-value. Capacité de jugement et de prise de decision et posséder de solides compétences analytiques Avoir un esprit de négociation. Êtres pragmatique et proactif Avoir l'esprit commercial et communicatif Vous aimez travailler de façon autonome sans supervision constante. Vous êtes collégial et avoir l'esprit d'équipeNous offrons

Schadebehandelaar – Liability

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Schadebehandelaar Liability met basis te Brussel.
Je onderzoekt, beoordeelt, onderhandelt en regelt claims.
De rol omvat een technische benadering van de schadegevallen om tot een efficiënte afwikkeling te komen en impliceert regelmatige externe bezoeken aan klanten, makelaars, experts en medeverzekeraars.
Je functie
Tot de taken van de Schadebehandelaar – Liability behoren onder meer:
beoordelen van de polisdekking beoordelen van de aansprakelijkheid aansturen van schade-experts onderhandelen met makelaars, eindklanten en tegenpartijen gesprekspartner voor advocaten vertegenwoordiger voor andere verzekeraars/volmachtgevers in geval van leidende positie van MS Amlin Insurance SE, het coördineren van schadedossiers naar medeverzekeraars en volmachtgevers/herverzekeraars Interne en externe liaisonJe profiel
Voor deze specifieke rol zijn er enkele belangrijke kwalificaties die we van je nodig hebben waaronder:
Bachelor in verzekeringen of gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring / werk- en denkniveau dat hiermee gelijkgesteld kan worden. Ervaring in het afhandelen van aansprakelijkheidsclaims en kennis van Verzekeringen is een pluspunt Een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid, zowel in het Frans als in het Nederlands. Het beheer zal voornamelijk Franstalige dossiers betreffen maar een functionele kennis van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
