You will be helping truck drivers who have a problem with their truck on the road.
They call you when something is wrong and you have to try to help them as efficiently as possible.
You are responsible for your own cases while you are working.
You help the truck drivers by contacting a local garage for example so the truck will be fixed as soon as possible.This company works with a unique system so truck drivers can be helped in their own language.
That is why we are looking for someone who speaks French and English To do this job properly there will be a learning period of 6 to 8 weeks. You will be taught how to help people as best as possible.
In this period you will be working in a dayshift starting at 8:00.
When you know the job, you will start working in different daytime shifts (with days you will have to start early and other days you get to start later).You always work in 8 hour shifts. Profiel
- You are fluent in French
- You also speak English very well
Since you will be working in a multilingual environment, English is the language in which your co-workers will communicate with you. - Your computerskills are on point.
- You work saturday & sunday from 8h to 21h end one dag in the week from 9h to 17h30.
- You will be working in a multicultural environment.
- The first weeks on the job, you will get taught everything you will need to know.
- You never work alone, there is always a team there.
- You will be working 8 hour shifts, which means you work 40 hours a week.
This means you will save up extra hours you can take back if you go on holiday for example. - On top of your salary you will get meal vouchers for every day you work.
- Extra benefits will be awarded when you get your fixed contract.
