Acteur majeur des télécoms et opérateur national du service postal et financier postal, le groupe POST Luxembourg est un pilier incontournable de l'économie luxembourgeoise.
Le département « Distribution » de POST Courrier, qui organise et réalise la distribution des différents produits postaux (courrier, colis et journaux) dans tout le pays via ces neuf centres de distribution, est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Business Process Analyst - CRM (m/f/n)
Vos missions- Contribuer à la transformation digitale et à l'amélioration des processus de distribution, tant journaux, colis que courrier
- Supporter le métier courrier dans l'analyse, la modélisation, la documentation et l'optimisation de processus transversaux
- Analyser, documenter et améliorer les processus opérationnels en mettant l'accent sur l'intégration et l'optimisation des systèmes dans l'environnement SAP et/ou Microsoft Dynamics
- Traduire les besoins du métier et établir les spécifications fonctionnelles générales nécessaires à la communication de ces besoins aux équipes IT et participer au choix d'une solution (progiciel, développement, etc.)
- Être l'interlocuteur principal concernant les problématiques liées à la programmation/IT entre notre département IT et les Opérations
- Contribuer à la préparation, à l'exécution et à l'approbation des tests d'acceptation utilisateur
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master avec une spécialisation en modélisation de process, IT, génie informatique
- Avoir une expérience préalable dans la mise en œuvre d'un système CRM et dans la modification des processus. Une expérience des migrations de systèmes sur SAP et Microsoft Dynamics est fortement souhaitée
- Avoir idéalement une très bonne connaissance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ainsi que des processus de gestion du transport, de configuration et de personnalisation de commande
- Disposer de bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et connaitre la méthodologie Agile/SCRUM
- Avoir une bonne compréhension des sujets liés au développement informatique (idéalement des bases de données et langage SQL)
- Être reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre orientation client ainsi que pour votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Être force de proposition, faire preuve d'initiative et d'autonomie
- Avoir une excellente maitrise du français et de l'anglais, le luxembourgeois et l'allemand sont considérés comme un avantage
