Key Responsibilities
In this role you will support protein biochemistry preclinical projects. As a Scientist / Sr Scientist you will be responsible for purification of recombinant proteins expressed in mammalian cell lines
Tasks
- Independently conduct, i, antigen purification by affinity capture and size exclusion using chromatography systems (AKTA system).
- Independently perform antigen characterization by DSL, nanoDSF and octet.
- Write summary/reports using lab data
- Participate to weekly lab meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering
- Relevant experience planning and conducting laboratory experiments.
- Proven experience with protein biochemistry laboratory techniques: affinity purification and size exclusion chromatography.
- Experience with DLS, nanoDSF, and octet analyses is highly beneficial
- Experience with common expression systems E. coli, yeast and mammalian cell lines is a beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in French and English languages (oral and writing) is essential
- Resultoriented, rigorous and structured.
