Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?
Je onderhoudt een uitstekend zicht op de klantennoden van de klantengroepen waar je verantwoordelijk voor bent en gebruikt dit om de bestaande producten met succes in de markt te zetten met de nodige campagnes en/of promoties. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de product managers.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Duidelijk bepalen van de leefwereld, motivaties, noden, barrières, ... van de verschillende doelgroepen Doorvertalen van de noden qua promotie en marktintroductie naar concrete ideeën, concepten en plannen voor campagnes (ad hoc en always on) Bepalen van de concepten qua campagnes in nauwe samenwerking met de communicatie & digitale teams (incl kanalenmix bepalen) Bepalen van de ideale customer journeys, deze doorvertalen naar automated flows & campaigns (samen met Marketing Automation team) Bewaken van de user experience in samenwerking met het UX team Bepalen van lead generation strategie en campagnes (B2B en B2C) Zorgen voor alle product en segment communicaties, dragers, assets, ... (samen met de communicatie teams)Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?
Om deel te kunnen nemen aan deze procedure :
Heb je een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en heb je minimum 3 jaar ervaring in Product management.Indien je je diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (Naric Vlaanderen) om deel te kunnen nemen aan de selectie.
Volgende competenties zijn van belang
Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in go to market management Je bent een uitstekende project manager Je ben sterk in stakeholder management Je kan conceptueel en strategisch denken Je beschikt over een goede dosis creativiteit (campagne concepten) Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans, je kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt Je bent een sterke communicator Je kan resultaatsgedreven werken Je hebt een hoge dosis aan teamspirit Je kan een werkgroep inspireren en faciliterenIedereen is uniek. Je komt terecht in het marketing team, met product managers, Go2market managers en regulatory specialisten, met als uitvalsbasis ons hoofdkantoor nabij het station Brussel Zuid.
