Voor een referentiebedrijf regio Antwerpen gaan we op zoek naar een dossierbeheerder.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit het volgende:

- Makelaars en hun klanten kunnen telefonisch bij jou terecht om nieuwe verzekeringen te onderschrijven en bestaande verzekeringen aan te laten passen. Je beantwoordt met plezier hun vragen
- Komt er een aanvraag binnen voor een nieuwe verzekering? Dan analyseer jij de risico's, zorg je voor de acceptatie, kleef je er een tarief op en stel je het verzekeringscontract en de bijvoegsels op
- Je bouwt een goede relatie op met de makelaars om de verkoop van onze verzekeringen te stimuleren

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de verzekeringswereld
- Je kan vlot werken met Windows en MS Office
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
- Je neemt altijd je verantwoordelijkheid, wil graag bijleren en staat open voor verandering
- Van nature denk je klantgericht, want dat is de beste strategie voor succes op lange termijn
- Als student of in je vorige job was je al goed georganiseerd. Je bent ook een kei in het maken van analyses
- Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en heb je de nodige commerciële feeling
