Als **Property Manager** ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de **goede staat van de appartementen** die Rentmore beheert, op **technisch** en **administratief** vlak.

**Je hebt o.a. volgende verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je bent de contactpersoon van de internationale huurders voor wat betreft technische zaken. Je beantwoordt de mails van de huurders hieromtrent.
- Je leert de appartementsgebouwen en appartementen goed kennen, zowel op technisch als administratief vlak.
- Je maakt de planning op voor de technieker(s).
- Je zorgt ervoor dat nodige en/of dringende herstellingen uitgevoerd worden, je volgt de werken op. Je kan hiervoor rekenen op één of meerdere techniekers/klusjesmannen.
- Je informeert indien nodig de eigenaars, huurders en andere eventuele betrokken partijen
- Je houdt de administratie op punt
- Je volgt kleinere schadedossiers op
- Je houdt de inventaris van de gemeubelde appartementen up-to-date

**Profiel**
- Ervaring in het beheer van vastgoed is een pluspunt.
- Technische kennis is een pluspunt
- Je bent administratief & organisatorisch sterk en een geboren problem solver met een hands on mentaliteit
- Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, bent stressbestendig en je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
