Study Coordinator

The objective is to facilitate studies throughout its entire lifecycle (business development, setup, delivery and closing) and act as spokesperson for the kit building, sample handling and logistics team.


Your goals and responsibilities

  • Introduce 'Design For Manufacturing' principles into our study setup.
  • Support and collaborate with Business Development, Global PM Office, Global Trial Setup Team, GSA as from initial scoping of new study.
  • Act as bridge between Kit Building/Sample Handling/Logistics team with any other Cerba Research team's involved in study lifecycle (ex. involved in team calls).
  • Understand customers' needs and develop solutions balancing customer needs with company objectives.
  • Create and maintain standardized service framework.
  • Manage and collaborate with all crossfunctional teams toward timely achievement of project related objectives.
  • Perform quality checks on received information/documentation and ensures are according to GDP regulations.
  • Keep overview for each study which actions need to be taken (exdatabase lock, endoftrial checks, first patientfirst visit, etc.).
  • Contribute to improvement of current processes and development of new processes in study setup, maintenance and obsolescence.
  • Reports to Regional Head Kit building, Sample handling and Logistics.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level through experience.
  • You are analytical & detail oriented while able to keep oversight.
  • You are a clear and effective communicator to all stakeholders and (internal) relations.
  • Able to work in a fast paced/continuously changing environment.
  • You are experienced to work in a regulated environment and ideally within clinical trials.
  • You see improvements and you take initiative.
  • GDP experience/knowhow.
  • Fluent in English or Dutch, or commitment to become fluent in short term.
