Functieomschrijving

Ben jij de Communications Officer die ons verder op de kaart helpt te zetten
- Als Communication Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel aansturen en mee uitvoeren van het strategisch marketing communicatieplan.
- Door de uitvoering van dit communicatieproces bereik je de juiste doelgroepen en dit zowel intern als extern.
- Jij bent de specialist in zowel het inhoudelijk verwoorden van de boodschappen als het aantrekkelijk en visueel vertalen naar de diverse doelgroepen.
- Je gebruikt alle beschikbare media en platformen om jouw boodschappen te verspreiden met de nodige, gewenste impact als resultaat.
- Je zet de nodige samenwerkingen op met diverse partners.
- Daarenboven ben je ook verantwoordelijk om intern de juiste vragen te stellen opdat de juiste communicatie kan worden opgesteld en uitgevoerd.
- Uiteindelijk zorg je voor de brug tussen de strategie en de vertaling via de communicatie.

Profiel
- Je hebt een Master
- of Bachelorsdiploma, idealiter aangevuld met een eerste relevante ervaring in een corporate opgeving.
- Je beschikt over een goed luistervermogen en weet in te spelen op de communicatiebehoeften van de markt en de interne CPChem organisatie.
- Je werkt vanuit een strategische onderbouwd kader.
- Je bent leergierig met een brede algemene interesse en straalt maturiteit uit.
- Je bent geëngageerd en flexibel en werken met deadlines schrikt jou niet af.
- Je handelt proactief, resultaatgericht en neemt ownership.
- Je bent sterk in communicatie, zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels, en hebt tevens een goede kennis van beeld en video editing skills.

- Een aanbod ontwikkelen van publicaties op uiteenlopende communicatiedragers
- De inhoud van een website beheren
- Gegevens van de activiteiten actualiseren (stuurbordgegevens, statistieken,) en rapporten van communicatieacties opmaken
- Communicatiedragers ontwikkelen: Sociale mediaprofielen
- Sociale media-toepassingen inzetten in professionele processen
- Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Persberichten
- Het communicatiebeleid van de organisatie bepalen
Het budget en de uitgaven van de communicatieacties vastleggen
- Leveranciers of dienstverleners selecteren
Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden
De geleverde diensten of producten controleren
- Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Nieuwsbrief, e-nieuwsbrief (mailings)
