Your Role:

Direct Reporting: Work closely with Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service.

Customer-Centric: Act as the central point of contact between our customers and the organization, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Efficient Communication: Guarantee efficient communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

Autonomous Customer Portfolio Management: Take ownership of your portfolio, including order intake, order follow-up, dispatch, claim management, and overdue settlement.
Profil:
Who We're Looking For

Experience:3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.

Language Skills: Fluency in French and German is essential.

Client Focus:A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.

Result-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.
