YOUR CHALLENGES
As a Professional Customer Care, you will offer H.Essers' top customers optimal and excellent service by playing a coordinating and mediating role between the customer and H.Essers.
What this means specifically:
- As a Professional Customer Care, you will provide optimal and excellent service to H.Essers' top customers by playing a coordinating and mediating role between the customer and H.Essers
- You take care of escalations and proactively try to avoid customer escalations. To solve complex issues, you work closely with colleagues and other departments within H.Essers
- You independently prepare deviation reports and define solutions to implement improvements in processes in the context of quality
- In addition, you attend operational calls with customers and if necessary, take the lead
- During the implementation of new customers, you support the Team Manager to map new processes
- Together with the Team Manager you train the employees to the right level and keep them informed of the procedures and work instructions
- In the absence of the Team Manager, you are his/her backup and take the lead in meetings, work distribution and escalations

- You can work independently and make ad hoc decisions
- Furthermore, you are someone who constantly takes a critical look at current processes to make improvement proposals
- You use your communication skills and internal network to solve complex problems
- Finally, we can only offer this top service if accompanied by the knowledge of several languages such as Dutch and English. Additional languages such as French or German are certainly considered a strong asset
