Het bedrijf is gevestigd in **Diegem** en het betreft een voltijdse positie in een internationale omgeving in de medische sector. Het betreft een uitzendopdracht met zicht op een vast contract.
**De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Tenders Support zijn**:
- Coördineren van het volledige aanbestedingsproces, inclusief het verzamelen van benodigde informatie en documentatie;
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om relevante informatie voor aanbestedingen te verzamelen;
- Opstellen van overzichtelijke en goed gestructureerde aanbestedingsdocumenten en presentaties;
- Onderhouden van contacten met externe partijen en het beheren van correspondentie met betrekking tot aanbestedingen;
- Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor tijdige indiening van aanbestedingen;
- Evalueren van aanbestedingsresultaten en het verstrekken van feedback aan het team.
**De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Tenders Support zijn**:
- Minimaal een diploma op bachelor niveau, bij voorkeur in een relevant vakgebied;
- Ervaring met het ondersteunen van aanbestedingsprocessen is een pluspunt
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
- Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden;
- Kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
