**Votre défi**
- Vous gérez l'équipe de vente B2B belge (3 personnes)
- Vous êtes responsable de votre propre portefeuille clients (KAM) et vous avez également la responsabilité finale des ventes B2B belges de votre équipe
- En collaboration avec l'International Sales Director, vous élaborez la stratégie de vente pour la Belgique et la mettez en œuvre avec votre équipe
- Vous vous efforcez d'atteindre tous les objectifs budgétisés
- Vous fournissez une analyse hebdomadaire et mensuelle des performances de vente
- Vous gérez, développez et entretenez les relations avec les clients existants, vous réfléchissez activement avec eux et vous identifiez et convertissez de nouveaux clients
- Vous rendez visite aux clients existant pour assurer le suivi des chiffres de vente et préparer les collections de la nouvelle saison, en fonction des priorités et en concertation avec votre équipe de vente
- Vous participez aux salons de la mode et aux présentations de collections
- Vous êtes responsable du Showroom
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service clientèle pour veiller à ce que toutes les questions, réclamations et demandes des clients soient résolues de manière efficace
- Vous rapportez au directeur des ventes internationales
**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes un véritable people manager et vous avez +/- 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente dans un contexte B2B- La vente, l'établissement de relations et le travail orienté vers le client vous donnent de l'énergie
- Vous voyez les nouvelles opportunités, vous êtes orientés résultats et vous vous efforcez d'atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Vous êtes communicatif dans vos contacts avec l'équipe et les clients
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, mais vous pouvez également travailler de manière autonome
- Vous pouvez communiquer couramment en français et en néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout supplémentaire
