For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for:

Logistics Manager (Fulltime)


The Logistics Manager leads, organizes and coordinates the whole logistics workflows within Rolls-royce Solutions Liège including warehousing, shipments and packaging activities.

You play an important part of our projects' execution by ensuring it can take place in a complete and timely manner to maximize our revenues and our customers' satisfaction.

Key Tasks

  • Leading and providing required support / training to the team (110 employees). Conduct performance and evaluation conversations with employees and create a positive work environment so they can be at their best.
  • Encouraging continuous improvement mindset within the team and train/inform them about new initiatives within the work area.
  • Organizing and monitoring the work within the department in order to realize an operational excellent organization. Develop and maintain KPI's, reports and process documentation.
  • Closely following that inventory levels are maintained at optimum value.
  • Implement procedures and tools to continuously improve the overall performance of the department.
  • Drive compliancy with safety regulations and requirements within area of responsibilities and act as role model at company level. Identify risks, analyze root causes and share initiatives of improvements within work area.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent, in commercial, economics or logistics
  • Relevant experience in a similar position within industry (leadership exposure)
  • Fluent French and English
  • Proactive and responsible
  • Ability to coach, develop and motivate
  • Change management capabilities
  • Results and solutions driven
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, team working and autonomous skills
