**Jouw takenpakket**

Als Client Manager Air & Ocean fungeer jij als spil tussen klant, interne afdelingen en leveranciers. Je zorgt dat het logistiek proces gestroomlijnd verloopt in nauwe afstemming met je klant, leverancier en interne afdelingen (warehouse, freight forwarding).

Je monitort via het WMS-systeem de voortgang van orders. Je volgt de in
- en outbound bewegingen in het magazijn op en bereidt lucht
- en zeevracht transport voor.

Je signaleert tijdig afwijkingen en informeert de betrokken stakeholders hieromtrent.

**Gewenst profiel**
- Je hebt kennis van logistieke warehouse processen
- Je bent zeer nauwkeurig
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent een echte problemsolver.
- Je hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
- Je bent vlot met de PC en een snelle leerling als het aankomt op computerprogramma's
- Je hebt een goede talenkennis NL/ENG, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
