Business & Process Management Officer

Notre client est une banque privée qui recherche un membre de son équipe Business Process & Management. En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous serez en contact avec les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes, vous étudierez les possibilités d'amélioration, vous réaliserez des audits pour tester ces améliorations et vous vous occuperez de leur mise en œuvre et de leur communication. Tout cela pour lutter contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.
**Description**
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes KYC/KYT afin de déterminer les améliorations à apporter aux processus.
- Vous travaillez de manière proactive pour développer et mettre en œuvre ces améliorations.
- Vous communiquez les changements/mises à jour des processus KYC/KYT à l'équipe DFC.
- Vous coordonnez la mise en œuvre des changements dans les processus KYC et KYT.
- Vous examinez les domaines dans lesquels l'équipe KYC/KYT et les autres parties prenantes de la chaîne peuvent mieux travailler ensemble, et travaillez de manière proactive à la mise en œuvre de ces améliorations.
- Vous êtes responsable du maintien et de l'exécution de contrôles de qualité périodiques sur les processus DFC.
- Vous êtes en mesure de discuter des résultats de ces contrôles avec la deuxième ligne de défense (Conformité).
- Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre complète et en temps voulu de ces actions.
- Vous assurez l'établissement de rapports et la préparation en temps utile des informations de gestion
- Vous discutez de manière proactive avec les parties prenantes des informations tirées des rapports.
**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou d'une expérience équivalente.
- Vous parlez couramment au moins le français ou le néerlandais, mais vous pouvez de préférence aussi communiquer avec des collègues au sein d'une équipe essentiellement néerlandophone. Vous parlez, lisez et écrivez suffisamment bien l'anglais.
- Vous êtes proactif, bien organisé, orienté vers les résultats et précis.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique, le souci du détail et un regard critique.
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en matière de communication (ouverture, transparence, écoute active, coopération, donner et recevoir un retour d'information, diplomatie, etc.)
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, mais vous êtes parfaitement capable de travailler de manière indépendante.
- Vous aimez travailler/consulter différentes parties et différents départements afin d'atteindre vos objectifs.
