Moniquet & Company is een snel groeiende management consulting firm met cliënten in diverse sectoren. De focus ligt op strategie, corporate finance, M&A en change. Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een junior marketeer. Wij werken graag hands-on en met skin in the game.

**Een greep uit je taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je stelt samen met de managing director en de management assistant het **marketingplan op in functie van de marketingstrategie** en de cultuur van Moniquet & Company
- Je geeft doorheen het jaar **uitvoering aan het marketingplan**:

- Je **ontwerpt marketingcampagnes**, geeft deze vorm en voert ze uit. Dit kan zowel om awareness, lead generation als employer branding gaan
- Je **monitort het succes van de marketing initiatieven** door middel van duidelijk meetbare KPI's die voorbij clicks en rates gaan
- Je **beheert de sociale media** van Moniquet & Company en waakt erover dat deze niet alleen aantrekkelijk en conform de huisstijl van het bedrijf zijn, maar dat ze ook ingezet worden in functie van employer branding en lead generation
- Je **denkt creatief mee na over relevante content** van Moniquet & Company en voor haar community, en dit zowel in print als digitaal
- Je creëert **fysieke en digitale events** om nieuwe cliënten aan te trekken, binnen de contouren van de marketingstrategie van Moniquet & Company
- Je **beheert de website** en neemt samen met de managing director initiatieven om deze permanent te verbeteren
- Je **beheert de verschillende client profiles** en waakt erover dat deze zowel van emotionele als rationele overtuigingen **up-to-date** zijn en permanent ingepast worden in de verschillende marketing initiatieven
- Bij **PR initiatieven** neem je mee de nodige initiatieven om vruchtbaarheid te geven aan de betreffende content
