YOUR FUTURE JOB
- As a Global Process Owner Silicon in the Global Technology Office at Melexis, you will own the roadmap for Silicon domains (ADE, MSDE, LE, PVE) in line with Corporate strategy related to methods, tools & processes. You are also in charge of providing highquality outsourcing services to BU.
- More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for setting up a continuous improvement roadmap for the different Silicon domains (ADE, MSDE, LE, PVE). This includes a strategy for tools & methods and flows to ensure stateoftheart practices. You will own the process from gathering requirements to initiation of dedicated projects that build your roadmap. You will then ensure close monitoring of the roadmap execution, and provide transparency to stakeholders on progress & impact/effectiveness.
- Steer all Silicon HL (ADE, MSDE, LE, PVE):
- ensuring best practices & LL sharing
- organizing the definition and deployment of the processes within your domain with the support of HLs
- Actively coach during the deployment of processes and tools the project teams and you adjust quickly where needed
- May occasionally manage continuous improvement activities or small projects
- Organize outsourcing within the Silicon community and build the right partnership to secure highquality service provided by 3rd parties
YOUR PROFILE
- An Engineering University degree with extensive relevant experience
- A minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive and/or semiconductor industry
- Proven experience in the field of semiconductor design and pre/postsilicon validation and verification
- Knowledge of EDA tools and Design flow are strong assets
- A strong leader with the ability to coordinate crossfunctional, multisite, multinational and multicultural teams
- Fluent in English
- Ready for business travel
