Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Maintenance Officer Fire Protection.
Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:
Je coördineert brandbeveiligingsactiviteiten in overleg met de Maintenance Manager Fire Protection. Je treedt op als eerste aanspreekpunt voor onderhoudsbedrijven bij technische of contractuele kwesties. Je verwerkt administratieve zaken van aannemers, waaronder vuurvergunningen, toegang tot de werf, parkeerplaatsen voor bouwcontainers en leveranciers, en aanvragen voor toegangsbadges. Je voert controles uit op de werf, inclusief de controles op de vorderingsstaten, technische fiches en uitvoeringsplannen. Je lost dagelijkse problemen op (al dan niet op de werven) en indien nodig escaleer je naar leidinggevenden of collega's van Asset Management. Je rapporteert tekortkomingen of incidenten en je update regelmatig je leidinggevenden over de voortgang voor het nemen van de juiste beslissingen. Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid op de werf en naleving van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's).Wat jou onderscheidt:
In je rugzak: minimaal een eerste werkervaring binnen branddetectie, bij voorkeur in een operationeel technische omgeving. Je hebt kennis over de branddetectie wetgeving en normering. Deze ervaring kan je aanvullen met kennis van technieken gelinkt aan branddetectie zoals sprinklerinstallaties, haspels, brandblussers, en/of rookgordijnen. Je bent in het bezit van een sterk analytisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent een echte teamplayer Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goed begrip van de tweede landstaal en het Engels Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
