Role Overview:
- Plan workshop activities in coordination with key stakeholders to improve efficiency and maximize delivery performance.
- Communicate and execute planning with Shift Managers and Team Leaders.
- Provide feedback to optimize operations and achieve set targets.
- Collaborate in corporate planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Technical background with solid engine knowledge.
- Familiarity with quality systems and advanced IT tools.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Excellent analytical and problems solving abilities.
Job Specifics:
The Operations Planning Officer will be responsible for daily and weekly planning, optimizing TAT, maintaining standards, and ensuring on-time delivery and targets are met. They will set performance benchmarks for maintenance activities.
