We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Key Account Manager New building Solutions BeLux . In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions that add value to our strategic customers & maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to retain existing contracts and proactively generate more opportunities within and outside our current customer base.

Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility Ensures customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team Document and maintain the customer and contact information Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside current customer base Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE's solution matching with those needs Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, while keeping CRM up to date

A proactive service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty. Hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and collaborate.

We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen. You enjoy networking and continuously expanding your knowledge of the sector you work in and are always looking for opportunities to grow.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of digital solutions and smart building solutions, someone who can inspire people to find solutions for their opportunities of which they were not even aware off.

You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. German is a big plus.
