De façon indicative et non-exhaustive:

- Ensemble avec l'équipe et la direction départementale, contribuer à la définition de la stratégie informatique, y compris en matière de Transformation digitale de l'organisation.
- En matière de gestion de projets, veiller à la bonne gouvernance des initiatives internes, éventuellement en collaboration avec les partenaires extérieurs, ainsi qu'à la livraison selon les critères impartis (timing, budget, qualité).
- Garantir l'accompagnement technique et la formation des utilisateurs, en fonction des besoins et des demandes.
- Participer à l'analyse des besoins (techniques, fonctionnels) en matière informatique.
- Garantir la protection des données et des traitements.
- Contribuer au partage d'expérience et de connaissances au sein du département informatique.
- Intervenir, en fonction des besoins, dans les procédures de marché pour l'achat de matériel et/ou de logiciels.
