VOTRE MISSION

  • En tant que New Business Developer, vous êtes responsable du recrutement de nouveaux clients. Vous prospectez, écoutez et répondez aux besoins des prospects (B2B). Dans ce processus, vous êtes principalement en relation avec les contacts informatiques des entreprises. Vous travaillez depuis notre bureau de Pelt, de Bruxelles ou à domicile.
  • Vous identifiez les besoins informatiques de vos prospects afin d'élaborer une offre appropriée. Grâce à une analyse approfondie, vous établissez une offre en collaboration avec nos experts software/hardware/solutions.
  • Vous veillez à l'exactitude de ces offres, établissez des relations avec nos fournisseurs et participez à la validation des prix d'achat.
  • Une fois l'offre confirmée, vous transmettez avec précision toutes les informations à notre équipe de sales support.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Votre ténacité et votre persévérance feront la différence pour développer les comptes clients et détecter des leads.
  • Grâce à votre approche professionnelle, vous établissez une relation à long terme avec nos clients.
  • Vous justifiez déjà d'une 1ère expérience d'un an dans une fonction commerciale similaire.
  • Une connaissance préalable approfondie des technologies de l'information n'est pas obligatoire, mais vous vous intéressez au marché des technologies de l'information et aimez savoir ce qui s'y passe.
  • Vous êtes orienté vers les résultats et vous vous efforcez d'atteindre les objectifs.
  • Vous justifiez également d'un diplôme de niveau bachelier et vous vous exprimez couramment en français et en anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un plus.

  • Votre package salarial est composé d'une partie fixe dépendant de votre expérience et de vos compétences et d'une partie variable fonction de la réalisation des objectifs prédéfinis et complété d'avantages extralégaux tels que chèques-repas, indemnité pour travail à domicile, assurance hospitalisation, chèques écologiques et possibilité de bike leasing. Vous travaillez selon un horaire flexible sur une semaine de 40 heures vous donnant droit à 32 jours de congé (20 jours légaux + 12 jours de congé).
  • Vous habitez un peu plus loin de nos bureaux ? Pas de souci, il y a la possibilité de travailler à domicile. Le sentiment d'appartenance au bureau reste bien sûr important, et vous serez donc toujours attendu au bureau de manière régulière.
