Als Compliance Expert binnen de Compliance-functie van de tweede lijn, ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor zowel externe als interne gesprekspartners voor alle aspecten met betrekking tot compliance in de verzekeringsactiviteiten.

Als Compliance Expert ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van actieplannen, het verstrekken van advies en het geven van trainingen en bewustmaking op het gebied van compliance. Daarnaast monitor je de implementatie van compliance-eisen in alle activiteiten en processen van AXA België en haar dochterondernemingen, en doe je aanbevelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de activiteiten voldoen aan diverse regelgevingen.

Jouw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je zorgt voor **toezicht op nationale en internationale regelgeving**, gedragscodes en toepasselijke normen voor goede praktijken, evenals voorschriften, circulaires en richtlijnen van nationale en internationale toezichthoudende autoriteiten met betrekking tot compliance-risico's.
- Je **identificeert proactief compliance-risico's van de entiteit**; beoordeelt procedures, controles, beleid en richtlijnen; stelt mitigerende acties voor, volgt acties op en zorgt voor rapportage.
- **Je adviseert** het effectieve management, operationele diensten en vestigingen over de concrete toepassing van wetten, regels, normen en codes binnen jouw specialisatiegebied, inclusief communicatie over ontwikkelingen en adviezen in activiteiten en projecten (bijv. productontwikkeling of organisatorische wijzigingen).
- **Je coördineert** op een transversale manier de acties van alle interne teams/entiteiten die betrokken zijn bij jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied om consistentie tussen verschillende interventies te waarborgen.
- **Je ontwikkelt beleid en procedures**: identificatie van behoeften, schrijven van teksten, opvolgen van de implementatie, rapportage.
- Je organiseert **trainingen en bewustmaking voor medewerkers** over gerelateerde onderwerpen (gedragscodes, Groepsbeleid, instructies, communicatie
- en beheerhulpmiddelen).
- **Je bewaakt** de naleving van wettelijke en reglementaire integriteits
- en gedragsregels: analyse van resultaten van controles door operationele diensten en tweedelijns testen; uitvoeren van enquêtes; volgen van risico-indicatoren (bijv. klachtenpercentages); waarnemen van de uitvoering van transacties met klanten.
- **Je rapporteert** evaluaties, observaties en risico's aan maatschappelijke organen, autoriteiten en Group Compliance.
- **Je stelt het jaarlijkse actieplan op** voor de taken van de Compliance-functie, volgens een op risico's gebaseerde aanpak.

**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in Rechten, Economie, Handelsingenieur of een equivalent door ervaring.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in compliance-regelgeving voor verzekeringsactiviteiten, risicobeheer en audit (intern of extern) in de financiële dienstverleningssector.
- Ervaring op het gebied van gedrag en gedragsregels bij de distributie van verzekeringen.
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt een proactieve instelling.
- Je werkt georganiseerd en gestructureerd.
- Je hebt een goed analytisch vermogen en kritisch denkvermogen.
- Je bent stressbestendig en blijft positief in het licht van veranderingen.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om prioriteiten te wijzigen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om effectief, constructief en resultaatgericht te werken/samenwerken in een multiculturele en transversale context.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands, en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede taal en een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
