De afdeling Strategy & Corporate Office Private, Business & Retail Banking (PBR) beheert en coördineert transversale & strategische projecten en activiteiten op niveau van de directie PBR : het risicobeheer en permanente controle, de ontwikkeling van financiële expertise, de coördinatie van het financieel plan proces en de ontwikkeling van adequate management rapportering.
In de context van deze laatste twee opdrachten zijn we binnen het team "strategy execution cockpit" op zoek naar een coördinator strategic reporting.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- de coördinatie van de opmaak en de opvolging van de kostenbudgetten en personeelsplannen van de verschillende PBR afdelingen
- de analyse en opvolging van de financiële en commerciële resultaten van Segmenten/Regio's/Kanalen : presentatie van de resultaten aan de betrokken verantwoordelijken binnen PBR
- de vertegenwoordiging van PBR bij transversale werkgroepen op bankniveau i.v.m. Data & Reporting (bvb. data governance, ontwikkeling van beslissingsondersteunende management cockpits)

- universitaire opleiding
- sterke analytische en cijfermatige vaardigheden
- de Capaciteit om conclusies en kernboodschappen overtuigend te brengen, en te gieten in presentaties van hoog niveau zowel qua inhoud als qua visualisatie
- flexibele ingesteldheid en teamplayer
- sterke interesse in de PBR strategie, netwerk, kanalen en producten
- een vlotte kennis van het Frans, Nederlands en Engels
