**Functie**:
De belangrijkste taak van de **External Communication & Digital Campaign management specialist **is het opstellen van een extern communicatieplan, het lanceren van campagnes om onze producten en diensten te promoten bij onze doelgroepen en het consolideren van ons merkimago bij bestaande klanten.
De hoofdtaken luiden als volgt:
- U speelt een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het communicatieplan en bent een bron van ideeën.
- U bereidt acquisitie
- en retentiecampagnes voor en zorgt voor de lancering ervan in overeenstemming met het communicatieplan, binnen de toegewezen termijnen en budgetten.
- U beheert briefings aan externe partners, stelt creatieve voorstellen en budgetten ter discussie, coördineert de campagne, volgt deze op, analyseert de resultaten en doet aanbevelingen.
- U zorgt voor de samenhang en continuïteit van de boodschappen voor de klant in alle communicatiemedia en de Customer Life Cycle, in lijn met de Brand guidelines.
- U neemt deel aan creatieve brainstormsessies in team en brengt uw ideeën naar voren.
- U beheert het Instagram-account van Touring en zijn activiteiten, analyseert de prestaties en doet aanbevelingen, in samenwerking met het projectteam sociale netwerken.
- U past grafische ontwerpen aan en maakt aantrekkelijke copy aan voor posts.
- U werkt in een cross-functioneel team, in nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen en projectmanagers, agentschappen en externe partners.
- U blijft op de hoogte van trends en nieuwe technologieën in de sector van digitale communicatie en sociale netwerken.
**Profiel**:

- Heeft een grondige kennis van het Nederlands alsook een uitstekende pen en een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Heeft een masterdiploma communicatie of marketing en telt 10 tot 15 jaar werkervaring met een bijzondere focus op digitale campagnes en sociale media. Hij/zij moet ook klantgericht zijn en een passie hebben voor de digitale wereld.
- Is communicatief - nieuwsgierig, oplossingsgericht en creatief: "out of the box" is uw leitmotiv.
- Is gestructureerd, georganiseerd en betrouwbaar, waardoor hij/zij deadlines, doelstellingen en budgetten kan halen.
- In staat om een project van A tot Z te managen en ook om cross-functionele teams aan te sturen (= projectmanagement)
- Werkt graag in multidisciplinaire teams en legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten.
- Is positief ingesteld, heeft een echte teamgeest en een coöperatieve aanpak.
- Is autonoom en anticipeert op het zoeken naar informatie die nodig is om projecten af te ronden.
