For our site in Lommel, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager.
YOUR CHALLENGES
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team that takes on challenges to connect with customers, build relationships and capitalize on opportunities.
Essers you will act as a champion for customers, working to provide the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for them and for us.
More specifically, what do you do?- Daily facetoface customer visits to increase local and international sales.
- Increase portfolio share within existing customer base, increase portfolio share of new customers and increase overall market share within your assigned territory.
- You will be part of the MT team in the Business Unit.
- Managing KAMs & sales.
- You will codevelop the sales strategy for various activities.
- Pan European coverage and customer base with regular business travel (30/40%).
- Negotiate contracts and prices with customers.
- Facilitate sales networking and operations together with our customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Specialists, Customer Service Representatives and other sales support personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and effective administrative support.
- Develop vertical and horizontal relationships within a customer business.
