Voor onze Fiber-afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Program/City Manager.

Jouw taken en bevoegdheden:

- Je draagt de financiële en kwalitatieve eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige werkpakket binnen solutions30 vanaf design, constructie tot oplevering.
- Je bent het hoofd van het programma en verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging, rapportering en communicatie in het kader van de uitrol van het FTTH netwerk
- Je legt verantwoording af aan de COO solutions30 aan de hand van rapportages en overleg ten aanzien van de voortgang.
- Je stuurt een team van prep coördinators, teamleaders engineering en (teamleader) construction aan.
- Je bent bevoegd om beslissingen te nemen met betrekking op de planning, uitvoering en aansturing van de project teams die je begeleidt.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

- Financieel: je hebt volledig inzicht in kosten en opbrengsten. Werkt nauw samen met finance controller met als doel de financiële voortgang te bewaken en bij te sturen. Je monitort wekelijks financiën per Teamlead, stelt kritische vragen waar nodig en keurt bestellingen goed (bedragen nader te bepalen).
- Projectmanagement: Je stuurt op tijd, geld en kwaliteit, rapporteert cijfers van vooruitgang, bewaakt de planning en toegewezen budgetten en gestelde targets. Je lost knelpunten op in het project en proces en houdt een correcte projectadministratie bij.
- Leiderschap: Je managet verwachtingen van klant, organisatie en medewerkers. Je draagt zorg voor de optimale samenstelling van het projectteam en voor het optimaal functioneren en professionele welzijn van dit team. Je werkt aan een goede samenwerking en communicatie binnen projectteams en coacht projectmedewerkers bij het optimaal inzetten van hun talenten
- Rapportage: Je rapporteert aan de directie over voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten/opbrengsten en kan op elk gewenst moment inzicht bieden in stand van zaken.
- Extern stakeholdermanagement: Je communiceert met opdrachtgevers, onderhoudt contacten met klanten en relaties. Neemt deel aan tactische (en strategische) overleggen.
- Intern stakeholdermanagement: Je stemt met interne contacten af voor overleg, probleemoplossing, optimale producten, proceskwaliteit en de voortgang van (delen van) het proces en organiseert wekelijks intern projectoverleg.

Wij zoeken voor deze functie een collega met de volgende competenties:

- Je hebt ervaring in Fiber / FTTH
- Door ervaring uit vorige werkervaringen, weet je perfect hoe je aan deze nieuwe uitdaging begint en tot een goed einde kan brengen
- Je bent zeer sterk in planning en organisatie
- Je werkt accuraat en gestructureerd
- Je bent resultaatgericht en kostennbewust
- Je gaat er elke dag voor om je team en je project naar een hoger niveau te tillen
- Je standplaats is ons kantoor in Zele, maar incidenteel bezoek aan een werf of magazijn van een City Project
