Are you passionate about sales and eager to be a part of a dynamic team that provides cutting-edge software solutions to the recruitment industry? We're looking for a Sales Rockstar to join our team and help us drive the success of our SaaS platform in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition.


Responsibilities:

Deal-Closing: You will be responsible for taking provided leads and leveraging your sales prowess to convert them into delighted customers. Your focus will be on closing deals efficiently and effectively.

Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our recruitment software solution. You will need to understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our product to effectively communicate and demonstrate its value to potential clients.

Sales Strategy: Working with our sales team, develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Identify and target the right prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and use creative and persuasive techniques to close deals.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide valuable feedback from clients and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the growth and success of our SAAS platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in software or SaaS sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales in B2B
  • A passion for the recruitment industry and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the field is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments
  • Techsavvy, with the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex software solutions
  • A fun and dynamic personality that matches our innovative and energetic work culture
