Als Technical Benefit Officer krijg je zelfstandigheid en maak jij impact door het managen van de activiteiten bij onze partner om de nodige besparingen te realiseren en het actief promoten van ons private label. Je zorgt voor de uitbreiding van het producten aanbod naar het standaard gamma van ERIKS. Je bouwt een groot intern netwerk uit en werkt mee aan de toekomst_

Wat doe je dan juist als Technical Benefit Officer

Naast het managen van de activiteiten en het uitbreiden van het ERIKS gamma, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verzekeren van de besparingen, het werkingskapitaal en het behalen van de contractuele doelstellingen bij onze partner.

Met je mensgerichte aanpak ondersteun je het on-site personeel en de technische diensten van onze partner.
- Technical Benefit Doelstellingen_

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde contractuele budgettaire doelstellingen. Je werkt oplossingsgericht, bent in staat om technische problemen op te lossen. Daarnaast denk je niet alleen mee op technisch vlak, maar kijk je ook hoe we de oplossing implementeren. Je werkt aan het mee implementeren van technische besparingen en het behalen van de voor opgestelde contractuele verplichte besparingen. Verzekert je ervan dat contractuele betalingstermijnen gerespecteerd worden. Het identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen de scoop van het huidige contract. Werkt nauw samen met BU om ondersteuning te geven aan de jaarlijkse verkoopdoelstellingen van Eriks. Het behalen van de jaarlijks opgelegde besparingen. Het opmaken en uitvoeren van een groeiplan. Het maximaliseren van een overschakeling naar standaard artikelen en OEM-conversie. Verzekert er zich van dat de orders verwerkt worden tegen een aanvaardbaar en/of contractueel vastgelegde marge.
- Netwerk/Communicatie_

Je bent de contactpersoon tussen onze BU, Leveranciers, on sites en onze partner.

Het ontwikkelen en uitbreiden van de contacten binnen de technische en aankoopdiensten van onze partner om het maximaal aan verkoopactiviteiten te realiseren. De eerstelijns technische vergaderingen op week/maandbasis bijwonen.
- Rapportage_
Op maand basis geef je uitleg over de KPI's, besparingen en lopende projecten. Het permanent documenteren van de gerealiseerde besparingen en het bijhouden van al de succes verhalen, reeds afgewerkt of nog lopend, neem je voor jouw rekening.

Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de gezondheid en veiligheidsvoorschriften van ERIKS en deze die klant specifiek zijn binnen de uitvoering van het takenpakket uitgevoerd door de ERIKS medewerker en bezoekers. Alle non-conforme voorvallen dienen steeds gemeld te worden.

Je kennis en vaardigheden
- Je hebt kennis van de MRO markt en producten
- Kennis van Microsoft applicaties en SAP
- Minimaal een jaar werkervaring bij een distributie of commercieel bedrijf in een industriële omgeving binnen een soortgelijke functie
- Kennis om engineering-besparingen te kunnen identificeren en uit te werken
- Onderhandelingsvaardigheden op technisch niveau bij de partner
- Je bent een netwerker en bent een vlot in je communicatie
