Als **Portfolio, Programme & Project Officer (A2)** supporteer je programma's en projecten binnen het luik PMO en veranderingsbeheer. Je verzorgt de ondersteuning en begeleiding teneinde de portfolio -, programma - en projectportefeuille te verzekeren en het veranderingsbeheer te faciliteren binnen het Directoraat - Generaal. Je specifieke taken zijn:

- Je stelt beheermethodes en - instrumenten op teneinde een goede opvolging en coördinatie van de activiteiten te verzekeren;
- Je bepaalt en ondersteunt de methodologie en instrumenten van portfolio-, programma - en projectbeheer en informeert de medewerkers over de methodologie;
- Je identificeert de opleidingsbehoefte van de projectleiders en projectmedewerkers en stelt de nodige acties. Je geeft de nodige opleiding aan de verschillende medewerkers;
- Je stelt communicatie-, opleidings
- en documentatieplannen op;
- Je stelt het portfolio-, programma
- en projectplan op, de deeltaken en rapporteert hierover.

Daarnaast volg je ook de evoluties inzake PMO en veranderingsbeheer op en ben je een aanspreekpunt vanuit het PMO voor ons Directoraat - Generaal binnen de FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning. Je zal terechtkomen in een meertalige werkomgeving. Het is dus van belang dat je het Frans en het Engels voldoende beheerst om een vlotte communicatie met collega's en klanten te verzekeren.

Voor de opstart van de nieuwe **dienst Portfolio, Programme en Project Management Office** wordt er een 'Portfolio, Programme & Project Officer (A2)' aangeworven voor het **Directoraat - Generaal Vereenvoudiging en Digitalisering** van de **FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning** (FOD BOSA) (Simon Bolivarlaan 30 bus Brussel)

Het **Directoraat - Generaal Vereenvoudiging en Digitalisering** werkt aan de digitalisering van bestaande dienstverlening en biedt ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe digitale diensten, en dat allemaal voor burgers, ondernemingen én overheidsdiensten.

De **FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning** (FOD BOSA) is een horizontale federale overheidsdienst die ondersteuning biedt aan de federale organisaties op vlak van IT, HR, organisatiebeheersing, integriteitsbeleid en overheidsopdrachten. Voor enkele andere domeinen, zoals begroting en boekhouding, heeft de FOD BOSA een controlerende rol.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt een algemeen masterdiploma, een benoemingsbesluit niveau A1 met min. 2 jaar anciënniteit of een benoemingsbesluit A2;
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van projectmanagement, meer specifiek in een IT - omgeving;
- Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd om aan de slag te gaan als portfolio, programme & project officer bij de FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning;
- Een goede kennis van Frans en Engels is een belangrijk pluspunt.
