**Dit is jouw topjob**:
In samenwerking met je collega's payroll officers zorg je voor de maandelijkse betaling van de lonen van de AG medewerkers en beheer je de extra-legale voordelen die AG in haar verloningpackage aanbiedt. Bovendien zorg jij voor extra quality controles op onze payroll activiteiten.
Om dit team te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een **Quality Coach Payroll.**
- Je identificeert verbeteringspunten over onze systemen of werkwijze om zo een betere service te garanderen aan je collega's.
- Je bouwt een gestructureerd controlebeleid uit en je voert ad-hoc controles uit op de taken van het payroll team
- Je bent expert in het beheer van het cafetariaplan en de opvolging
- Je rapporteert over de uitgevoerde controles.
- Je coacht je collega's payrollbeheerders.
- Je werkt procedures en beheersnota's uit;
- Je identificeert procesoptimalisaties en werkt die verder uit samen met de methode diensten HR
- Je hebt veelvuldig contacten (zowel intern als extern) en dit voor:
- De voorbereiding van tussentijdse payroll runs
- De integratie van nieuwigheden in het verloningsbeleid in de payroll systemen
- Het opnemen van andere problemen of nieuwe aanvragen

- Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen payroll
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt probleemoplossend.
- Je wil graag bijleren en dit gedurende je volledige loopbaan.
- Je bent een "Lean champion".
- Je hebt ervaring met projectwerk
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans is een pluspunt
- Je communiceert vlot en weet anderen te overtuigen.
- Je combineert creativiteit met een hands-on mentaliteit

- of masterdiploma
