Expert Product Owner

What will you be bringing to the team?
- Leading decisionmaking on project priorities, business value, and functionality within the agile framework
- Managing a team of business analysts
- Collaborating with stakeholders to validate requirements
- Proposing solutions that blend IT tools with business process improvements
- Handling the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value
- Creating user stories and acceptance tests for each sprint
- Attending project planning and daily standup meetings
- Reviewing project deliverables after each sprint
- Conducting live product demonstrations
- Ensuring stakeholder acceptance of project outcomes
- Establishing and maintaining testing standards
- Providing regular progress updates
- Improving communication channels internally and externally
- Assisting with defect resolution and issue prioritization
- Optionally serving as the Scrum master
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements, models, processes, and risks
- Contributing to business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Have a Master Degree
- Possess a minimum 9 years of professional experience IT (ideally 16 years), out of which 3 years as a Product Owner
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in Application Management Lifecycle
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in Agile
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in Experience with large, enterpriselevel multiuser Information Systems
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites
- At least 5 years of specific experience with Jira and Confluence
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
- Proficiency in English language at C1 level
- Ability to understand, speak and write any EU official language will be an advantage
- Posses one of mandatory certification:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- SAFe Product Owner or equivalent.
- Proficiencyi in English language at C1 level
- Considered an advantage: ITIL certification above ITIL foundation (or equivalent), and Project management certification (Prince2, PM2 or equivalent
- Proficiency in English language at C1 level
- Ability to understand, speak and write any EU official language will be an advantage
