Job description :
Personal Assistant to two Members of the Executive Committee**
ROLE:The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Executive Committee (EC) Member/s works very closely with the executives to manage his/her entire business agenda and coordinate internal and external meetings/calls, travels including expense reporting, any other business bookings, and - on an exceptional basis - private bookings (for example related to relocation).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Agenda management for EC members complex calendar management (fast moving, fast changing agenda requires permanent standby/attention). Includes meetings/call organization, travel organization, expense reporting, filing.
- Selected support to department team consolidation of contents, focus lists, vacation/expense requests, online/offline/name change letters.
- Organization of team meetings.
- Adhoc support for team initiatives and projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in PA or administrative role.
- Hotel School or Administrative Education ideally within Travel & Tourism industry
- English (fluent spoken & written)
- Very good knowledge of classic office equipment and tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
