Give pro-active and efficient support to one executive committee member
Your key responsibilities:
Follow-up of the mailbox Collect information/consolidate documents to prepare the meetings Pro-actively plan meeting preparations and debriefings Follow-up and manage the diary Organize travels, offsites, Management Team meetings Create, update reference documents and PowerPoint presentations; Preparation of client meetings (book room, order catering and announce visitors to reception desk including reservation of parking)As Management Assistant, you will need
