**Technical Manager**
Als Technical Manager bij Refresco Ninove ben jij het technische genie achter onze voortdurende innovatie en groei. Je stuurt een deskundig team aan van technisch coördinatoren, een coördinator elektrische projecten en programmering, een verantwoordelijke projecten en beheer gebouwen en een onderhoud assistent, waarbij je zorgt voor een harmonieuze samenwerking en een sterke projectlevering. Jij bent de drijvende kracht die onze technische toekomst vormgeeft en zorgt dat onze productielijnen niet alleen vandaag, maar ook morgen de beste kwaliteit leveren.
**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je staat in voor het optimaal functioneren van de Technische Dienst conform de gestelde KPI's door het aansturen, coachen, beoordelen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
- Je stelt het budget en daarbijhorende KPI's op en volgt deze op; houdt het CAPEX-budget bij en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je stelt periodieke rapportages op, beheert deze en communiceert hierover naar de verschillende stakeholders.
- Je draagt zorg voor de technische beschikbaarheid van productiemachines en installaties volgens de gestelde voorschriften met betrekking tot kwaliteit, veiligheid, milieu, gmp's, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
- Je organiseert, plant en stuurt de projecten binnen de plant aan.
- Je schrijft procedures uit om het productierendement (OEE) te verhogen en implementeert deze procedures.
- Je organiseert en plant het preventief en correctief onderhoud.
- Je draagt zorgt voor het optimaal technisch kennisniveau van alle medewerkers.
- Je optimaliseert processen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de processen zodat de output voldoet aan de gestelde eisen.
**Wie zoeken we?**
- Je behaalde minimum een bachelor of master en kan terugkijken op een aantal jaar ervaring een gelijkaardige, leidinggevende rol.
- Peoplemanagement is jouw master-skill, op een positieve, transparante, kordate en rechtlijnige manier.
- Je bent een bruggenbouwer en zal andere afdelingen optimaal betrekken bij jouw dagdagelijkse besluiten.
- Je hebt kennis van de voorschriften en procedures op het gebied van (voedsel)veiligheid, milieu, orde en netheid.
