Het Duitse bedrijf Viessmann maakt al sinds 1917 verwarmingsproducten. Het familiebedrijf (je raadt hun naam nooit) is ook in België bekend. Eindgebruikers en installateurs bellen je met diverse vragen over het plannen van reparaties en onderhoud. Je raadt ook betaalde diensten aan, zoals een onderhoudscontract.
**Wat doe je?**:
Klanten en installateurs die jou bellen een goed antwoord geven op hun technische vraag in het Nederlands en Frans.
Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 8u en 17u.
Goed om weten: roosters worden minstens 3 weken op voorhand meegedeeld.
Je werkt in Leuven, of later vanuit je thuiswerkplek.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Je bent een actieve luisteraar, klantgericht en een sterke communicator in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
Je vindt een oplossing voor dringende vragen en bent een creatieve planner.
Snel lerend, procesgericht en multi-tasker.
Goede administratieve vaardigheden en schrijven zonder spelfouten.
Suggesties doen aan de klant voor een betere of uitgebreidere dienstverlening.
Je bent technologisch onderlegd en weet hoe je een computer moet gebruiken, dat is logisch.

**Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?**:
Samen werken we aan jouw onboarding, zodat je de kneepjes van het vak onder de knie krijgt. De eerste weken focussen we op belsystemen, klantsystemen, werkmethodes & procedures. Het is logisch dat je dan dagelijks op kantoor bent. Eens je klaar bent voor je werk volgt een inloop-periode met intensieve begeleiding. Ook dan ben je op kantoor, zodat we jou optimaal kunnen ondersteunen. Eens die kaap succesvol is genomen kan je ook thuis werken. Hoe vaak, dat hangt af van jou én van de klant waarvoor je werkt.
